Information Security Curricula Guide
The first of its kind, and definitely well-received. The #1 top downloaded time-saving resource is our Information Security Curricula! A complete solution for higher education institutions, this is the first to align instructional design, skill practice facilities, cybersecurity professional job performance standards, national workforce frameworks and industry needs. And it's all wrapped up in a pretty 85-page package ready to guide responsible curriculum development for the new generation of Information Security specialists!
Innovations in Cybersecurity Education 2018
Didn’t take long for time-saving resource #2 to climb the charts. The 2018 Innovations in Cybersecurity Education publication is 74 pages and chock-full of amazing classroom hacks. Keep your classroom relevant with creative tips on hitting homeruns in your classroom, staying smarter than IoT devices, programming adventures for Girl Scouts, building your cybersecurity universe through comic stories and more. Once only available to members, this resource is now available to the public.
Innovations in Cybersecurity Education 2017
Well we’ll be darned. This timesaving resource #3 is still hitting big. The inaugural 2017 Innovations in Cybersecurity Education publication is an outstanding 54-pages of tried and true cybersecurity educational hacks for your classroom. Just like 2018’s, all are completely transferable to your institution with instructor contact information for you to reach out to if you have any questions
Cybersecurity Skills Journal: Practice and Research
The nation's first peer-reviewed, hybrid access, scholarly publication focused exclusively on cybersecurity skills is finally here and downloaded often! The #4 time-saving resource is the first issue of "3CS Anniversary Special Issue - Five Years of Raising the Capability Maturity Bar” that coincided with the fifth annual 2018 Community College Cyber Summit (3CS). Most of this special issue is dedicated to listings of the capability-enhancing presentations that have occurred over the past five years at the Summit.
A Guide For Mapping Courses to Knowledge Units (KUs)
Not surprisingly, the fifth time-saving resource is our Guide for Mapping Courses to Knowledge Units. The Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) designation application process consists of two components: mapping program curriculum to Knowledge Units (KUs) and providing evidence that the institution satisfies a set of criteria qualifying it to be considered academically excellent. This document addresses only the mapping component that involves matching the instructional and experiential components of college-level courses to the required KUs.
