Passes must be picked up in advance with the proper military/veteran identification, and are available through the holiday weekend at Doran Regional Park (pictured above).

In addition to a peaceful redwood grove and easily accessible trails, Riverfront Regional Park near Healdsburg has two beautiful lakes within its boundaries and another one right next door. Have you ever wondered how they came to be? Watch our latest installment of "Ask Parks!" to find out the answer.
