Statewide Fiscal Intermediary RFP Submission Date Extended


The state Department of Health (DOH) has extended the submission date to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a statewide Fiscal Intermediary (FI) to provide services under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP).

HCA Advocacy Meetings With NY Congressional Delegation Garner Support for Stopping Medicare PDGM Rate Cuts



The meetings reinforced the support these Congressional offices have given to date for legislative and related advocacy efforts directed at the White House and CMS to halt the rate cuts, as well as accentuated further action by Congress to ward off the increased threat to home health agency services from these newest rate cuts.
