The Update

For those who might have missed the last update, we wanted to share again. If this is old news to you, then skip down to the blog article below.

Drs. Norm Shealy and Sergey Sorin are now equal partners of Shealy Wellness and the International Institute of Holistic Medicine. Samvit Wellness will now be affiliated with Shealy Wellness and officially located in Missouri. Sergey and Lendi moved to Missouri in May.

We'll keep offering workshops domestically and abroad. Dr. Dailey will be in Rochester. So, we'll also keep offering programs to our local friends. Plus, we'll have the added benefit of sharing the ever expanding work of Drs. Shealy and Sorin.

We also recommend you consider, if not already, signing up to receive newsletters from Shealy Wellness.

Until next time ...

According to  Dr. Norman Shealy at the  International Institute of Holistic Medicine ( IIOHM), only about three percent of people have good health habits.

Since partnering with Dr. Shealy, I have seen this confirmed firsthand.

We tend to see the ones who are not practicing good health habits, because the ones who are typically don't need medical attention. Our experience is, however, that the incidents are significantly reduced.

There are also other recommendations, which include: maintaining optimal weight and managing stress. It is also well documented that smoking and drinking alcohol excessively are not habits that support well-being.
