Things have gone to the dogs at The George. The new dog park is up and running and man’s best friend now have their own amenity. The grill that was installed at the pool for the summer has hosted many a great pool side cookouts for the residents.  As we head into the fall #806 is be completed to a “Finishing Touches” Unit.

Saturday, August 18 we hosted our final pool party of the summer and partnered with Kendra Scott Jewelry, Titos, Couvillion, Louisville Scream Machine, Hoak Insurance, and Steele City Pops. Participating Vendors contributed a percentage of profits collected to be donated to our charity of choice.. Hosparus! We were so excited to host and the vendors were happy to participate for such a worthy cause. We currently have 1 vacant 1 notice to go and we will be 100%!!!!

Josh Young celebrated his 1 year anniversary on July 17th. He is a great asset to Underhill Associates and TEAM GML, we are so happy to have him! A few Josh Young fun facts are that he is an avid sports fan, highly competitive and also has just recently celebrated his 1 year anniversary to his beautiful wife Amanda. We had an awesome opportunity to be the location for an upcoming national Stouffers commercial for Bourbon Bistro Chicken which will start to air in the fall. Also you can catch the movie “ Her Worst Nightmare ” filmed here at GML on Lifetime.

Highlands Court is fortunate to have a Resident Council at the building that has in-house activities for the residents, such as group birthday parties, holiday parties, talent show, and much more. Lysa coordinates with them for their promotions on these events. Recently the Resident Council finished promoting school supplies donated to Highlands Community Ministries.

Jefferson County Public Schools launched its Summer Food Service Program, offering free nutritionally balanced meals to children and teens to help prevent the nutritional ‘summer slide.’ The free breakfasts and lunches were available at 127 sites throughout the summer and Heritage Green was one of the chosen sites, they had great success with the community.

Brandon Ellison Start Date: July 9th 2018 From: Fairdale, KY Brandon comes from a long line of carpenters. He formally worked in security at Yum headquarters and carpentry at Ramey & Associates. For fun Brandon enjoys riding dirt bikes and making cars fast.

Excitement is in the air as the face of Colonial Gardens is ever changing. Walls are going up and design details are being planned. The consideration of adding concrete animal statues to the patio area, as depicted in the renderings, emphasize the continued efforts to incorporate the Colonial Gardens history in the design. Follow Underhill Associates on all social media to continue to watch the progress.

Dr. Ben Carson, Sec. of HUD. I would like the opportunity to discuss the future of HUD housing.   8.Favorite family tradition?  Christmas Eve at my Mom’s house.    9.What word do you overuse?  Narcissistic .   10.You would like to be famous for?  Finding a cure for old age.
