Properties
The George
Started with 52 - Sold and Closed 27 - Under Contract 4 - Units Left  22
We have created a new way to buy a unit at The George. Our 'Finishing Touches' units are about 80% done so the owner gets to make the final decisions on things such as paint and hardware. This gives the owner more choice in a fraction of the time to build out a full unit.

Highlands Court

Highlands Court Residents Megan, Sandy and Janet made 119 necks scarves and 105 ear warmers for the men and women at the Healing Place. They have also made 13 blankets for Project Linus that were part of the 1300 blankets donated to Marshall County High School. Great Job Ladies!
Heritage Green
Heritage Green ended the month of February with 170 occupied units. That’s 4 months in a row of being 100% and the property is 100% leased through the month of June.
With fantastic leasing results, we are now concentrating on resident retention. We are adding more information about our community in our move in packets for new residents. We are informing residents about schools in our area, emergency contacts, entertainment, and outreach programs. Heritage Green would like our residents to feel a sense of community not just at our property but in our neighborhood.
We are happy to welcome Ricky back from medical leave and he is excited to get back to the grounds.
