The George

Heritage Green
Continual efforts have been made to restart the construction of Heritage Green. The target restart date is May 2017 with full completion in December of 2018.
Colonial Gardens
Construction on Colonial Gardens is set to start August 2017 with completion and opening in the Fall of 2018. Leasing efforts are underway and we look forward to announcing the initial tenants soon. 
Projects in the Pipeline
Paristown Green Proposal
UA and 4 other developers have submitted multimillion-dollar proposals on how they’d like to redevelop 12 acres of city-owned land in Paristowne Pointe. Decisions for the chosen developer should be made in the Fall. 

" Underhill Associates plans call for adaptive reuse of three existing buildings into a 230-unit senior housing facility, a 76-unit student housing center, a possible library, a restaurant and a gym. The proposal also features 54 three-story townhomes, a neighborhood green, a bike-sharing facility, a plaza on Barret Avenue and a 6,500-square-foot grocery store."
New to the Team
Meet Jen!

Jen Hartmann is the newest addition to the Germantown Mill Lofts leasing team.
She graduated from Bellarmine University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree in communication. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in business administration at Lindenwood University. Jen has experience in both sales and marketing and in her free time she enjoys teaching group fitness classes, running and cycling. 
UA in the Community

Habitat for Humanity Day

On April 26th, the UA Brokerage Team has 17 Volunteers that will be helping with a Humanity Build of a new home in the Portland area for a well deserving single mom and her daughter. 

Maryhurst Volunteering

Maryhurst is a place of new beginnings for children who have been traumatized by  abuse. We have an exciting opportunity companywide starting this Spring to head up a project at Maryhurst.  We will be working to convert a storage space into an inviting place for children to be able to obtain clothing, toiletries and supplies. Keep your eyes open for upcoming information on how you can be involved!
Important Reminders
  • Germantown Mill Lofts will be honored with the dedication of a historic plaque to be placed on the building. This event day and time is TBD. All employees invited. 
  • Oaks Day May 5th will be a half day (4 hours) for all UA employees.  
  • All property offices closed on Derby Day. Emergency maintenance staff still on call. 
  • Memorial Day, Monday May 29th will be a company wide holiday. 
  • Annual insurance signup will be sent out in May and will be due back to the corporate office by June 1st.
