Properties
Business has been great at Colonial Gardens, with Taco Luchador and Union 15 open for business. The Jack O’Lantern Spectacular brought in new faces and everyone enjoyed the great food and beverages. Upcoming activities in Iroquois Park will provide tons of foot traffic and hungry customers! 
Construction continues on the last 2 buildings, and we look forward to providing more great restaurants to the South End.
Our 3rd restaurant space has been leased!

Special thank you to Andrew Pavoni for all the hard work in helping bring Elvis to Colonial Gardens. 
The autumn season has concluded in a tremendous amount of sales activity, resulting in 6 units available for purchase. Several units are under construction currently, and every day there is a new sight to see, and a new face joining The George at 42 family.

We are proud to continue to stay at 100% occupied! All hallways have been freshly painted and look amazing.
This season we have held two family ice cream socials where our residents and their children joined us to make their own sundaes, and mingled with other GML families.
GML officially welcomed our on site LMPD courtesy officer: Jordan Moynagh. He will be with us for the next year to patrol our property, and keep the peace. He will be a great addition to our team.
Excited to announce that Germantown Mill Lofts was chosen as one of Louisville's Best Apartment Complexes for 2019!
New commercial tenant!
Wild by Louisville Is a community shared workspace that provides conference rooms, high speed internet, event space, networking opportunities and so much more. They are tied into another “sister” business called Level Up, which provides learning and healthy living opportunities geared towards women. It's a cool space for entrepreneurs that are looking to scale up and network with other entrepreneurs.  
Our residents enjoyed a wonderful Turkey Dinner together in celebration of Thanksgiving. Lysa hosted a crafting class where they made all the centerpieces for the tables. 
With its mature tree canopy Heritage Green is one of the most beautiful places to be in the autumn. The addition of a surprise November snow is just icing on the cake.



Team building and promoting a family atmosphere is important here at Heritage Green and Underhill Associates. The residents really enjoyed trying to guess the staff’s costumes for Halloween.






We had a great time checking out the cuisine and progress at Union 15 and Taco Luchador with all the UA staff. 
New Employees

Meredith Cheng has been added to round out our fantastic office team.
We are welcoming back Chris Claxton and Brandon Ellison to head up our maintenance division. 
Artist Spotlight
RUSTY SCHNUR


Rusty Schnur has been working with Underhill Associates for many years, and we wanted to take this opportunity to highlight him and some of his amazing work that has helped to make our projects one of a kind. Rusty graduated from Trinity High School and went on to attend Savannah College of Art and Design
He has been a sculpting since 1992, decorating many businesses and homes around Louisville. His work includes a donated sculpture of the horse that died in Rock Creek Stable Fire. Our Germantown Mill Lofts property is home to many of his works of art, including the Ping-Pong table, large lounge swing, a horse head sculpture and planter boxes that surround the property. Rusty also worked on the restoration of their 3 historic cabooses. He recently completed a replica of a historic Kenwood streetcar, now named “Minnie”, on display at Colonial Gardens.
