A few thoughts on this week's selection of new fabrics .......
Love the turtles, I refuse to believe there's a colour called "teal" and I still don't know what a batik is. I've asked about the latter but I'm guessing it can't be explained to a non-quilter. But even this non-quilter is impressed by the quilts shown by Leianne's students.
Getting excited to meet Ralph Jarvis from The Quilted Stash? The trunk show and workshop promise to be inspiring and entertaining. There's still time to register for the trunk show.

Canine thoughts from AEM ....
This week's turtle themed fabrics are cute, and actually bordering on adorable, but I must draw your attention to the Christmas themed print shown here. It's part of the Heartland collection. Look closely and you will see the key feature of this print. IT'S THE DOG!! Finally, a dog has received the recognition we so richly deserve. You must all make a quilt with this fabric as the central focus. Quickly - start now!
