Good afternoon Tortosa!

We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe during this time. A few community reminders.

We've been closely monitoring the recommendations and actions taken to help decrease the potential spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the state of Arizona and the City of Maricopa.

Please know that cancellation and closure decisions do not come easily. The Board of Directors and the Association management team frequently communicate and carefully consider all options, including what the surrounding Federal and local government agencies recommend.

If you visit playgrounds, Ramadas, or other common areas, please use your best judgment. These areas are considered "use at your own risk." Staff cannot sanitize these areas, and we urge you to follow all social distancing guidelines provided by the CDC and ADHS. If you or your family is showing symptoms of an illness, please refrain from using the common area amenities at this time.
Lifestyle Update

Lifestyle programming is continuing but in a virtual format! Be sure to follow our Facebook page: Tortosa HOA by CCMC. We will be hosting weekly activities!

This weekend we are hosting "Chalk your Walk" - we encourage you leave a message or draw a picture on your sidewalk/garage port. Post a photo on our Facebook page!

Next week will be a Zoo Safari hunt! Put a stuffed animal in your yard or window that faces the front of the house. Take a walk through the neighborhood and see what animals you can find!
We are still here for you!
