Affordable Care Act Open Enrollment Important Updates!

Major changes are happening during this Annual Enrollm ent Period!
  • Aetna and United Healthcare plans will no longer be available in PA. 
  • Oscar and Health Republic are no longer in NJ
    Open enrollment ends on January 31st 2017 
  • Broker commissions have been all but eliminated. 

If you are enrolled on an Aetna or United Healthcare individual plan currently you will lose your coverage unless you enroll on a new plan!

Because of the changing compensation landscape, Total Benefit Solutions Inc. regretfully must start accepting fees for providing enrollment services. In order to stay competitive and create even more value for our clients we have introduced affordable yet comprehensive packages for our clients.

Please note that in many cases, where our clients are enrolled on an IBC plan currently we can handle the open enrollment AND waive the fees, yet we strongly encourage our clients to take advantage of these services.


Note that these changes do NOT apply to our clients in business groups and on Medicare.
