Open Enrollment Important Notice

| Open Enrollment is Coming_ |
It's that time of the year again and your dedicated team at Total Benefit Solutions is getting ready!
Please be aware of the following open enrollment dates. With open enrollment dates changing this year it's never been more important to get scheduled sooner rather than later. The ACA open enrollment period has been condensed even further this year!
Important dates:
September 30th: ANOC notification period ends. For Medicare Advantage and Part D clients who should have received their Annual Notice of Coverage for 2018. Please let us know if you have not received yours.
October 1st: October 15th Medicare Advantage pre-open enrollment period. During this time we can provide rates and benefits but cannot make any changes or accept any applications.
October 15th: Medicare Advantage Annual Open Enrollment Begins for clients with Medicare Advantage Plans and Medicare Part D PDP Drug Cards
November 1st: Affordable Care Act open enrollment opens for individuals, families and small groups in the SHOP.
November 30th: SHOP small group open enrollment ends.
December 7th: Medicare open enrollment ends. This is the last day to submit applications for the 2018 plan year.
December 15th: Affordable Care Act open enrollment period ends. This is the last day to submit applications for the 2018 plan year.
Please note: ACA plan dates are applicable to all non group clients who have individual ACA coverage on the healthcare marketplace and also off the marketplace.
Ask us if you have a qualifying special election period. If so, these dates may not apply to you. Call us right away to be sure or schedule your client review!
