Total Softball Director of Operations
Total Sports Complex is proud to announce the promotion of Jessica Volpe to Total Softball Director of Operations effectively immediately.
Jessica has been the Assistant Director for Total Softball since 2010 and has been an integral part of Total Softball’s 20% annual growth rate over that time.
Jessica has always had the passion for softball in her heart. It started with a stellar playing career which saw her pitch her travel team to a National Championship, garner All-State honors at Milford HS, and earn an athletic scholarship to play softball at Northwood University where she had an outstanding career.
Jessica also has a passion for coaching and tutoring softball student-athletes. Jessica has coached high level travel ball for over 10+ years at the 10U-16U age divisions. Additionally, Jessica has also coached at the High School Varsity and JV levels for Fenton, Walled Lake Northern and Farmington High Schools.
Jess began her internship with Total Softball in 2009 and moved into the Assistant Director position upon her graduation from Northwood University.

Total Softball has grown exponentially, we are now doing over 6,000 individual lessons per year and running softball programs at six of our Total Sports Complex locations, including Wixom, Novi, Farmington, Oakland University, Rossford, OH. and our newest location at the Greg Grant Sportsplex in Shelby Township.

Additionally, Total Softball has expanded to Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids with the simultaneous growth of the Finesse Fastpitch teams and Tommie Walker Fielding Club (TWFC), both of which are overseen by Donny Dreher, Special Events Coordinator and Finesse President, Tommie Walker.
Jessica will oversee day-to-day operations for Total Softball at all our Total Sports Complex locations which now provide over 1.2 million sq ft of indoor field training space for Total Softball students and the Finesse Fastpitch teams. Total Sports-Wixom also has 4 state-of-the-art outdoor lighted turf fields exclusively available to TS students and Finesse teams.
