Heathy Night Out

Our new program, Healthy Night Out had their first night out to California Pizza Kitchen. In this program participants are meeting Thursday nights at Northbrook Court. They are getting in 30 min of exercise walking. This week Sarah Weinstein was able to track her steps using a Fitbit and walked 2 miles! After some great walking the group went to California Pizza Kitchen for a healthy dinner and worked on ordering within a budget. "It is not easy to stay within my budget and make healthy choices", said Daniel Eichengreen. After eating we talked out the food and even posted on Instagram. Each week this group will walk and try out different restaurants within Northbrook Court.
