Earlier this week, while in the car driving to their new home in South Carolina, Ali and Moshe - founding members of Chabad of Rockville's Young Jewish Professionals group (YJP), which started only 6 months ago, shared these touching words with us:

 

"The Chabad of Rockville YJP group has been the foundation of our community here. From stellar YJP events hosted by the Kavkas to intimate Shabbat meals with our new YJP friends, we have been blessed with the joys of living Judaism. While we are sad to leave the community, we know that the friendships we have built will remain despite the distance. Thanks to Zoom, our opportunities to learn with Rabbi Moishe and Esther will continue too!"

Special shout-out to Ariana and Joe Tipograph, for hosting our latest Lessans Family Mommy & Me program, Dads' Deep Discussions. The scotch, the spread and the Jewish discussion with this awesome group of young Jewish dads, were unreal!

The Sukkah Party @ The Grand was something else! Thank you to all our Chabad of Rockville volunteers who helped put this beautiful event together. How wonderful to see so many Jewish seniors come out to celebrate together!

It's Sukkah on Wheels for the second year! Love seeing those smiles of Jewish pride.

So appreciate all our Bags of Hope volunteers who collectively helped deliver over 50 meals in honor of the holidays to so many Jewish individuals struggling with food insecurity in our community. What a holiday miracle!
