WELCOME CEDAR COVE Campground to the Touchstone Family!
Cedar Cove Campground is located off Slate Hill Road in Mooresburg, TN and features beautiful lake front views of Cherokee Lake.

Cherokee Lake, 28,000 surface acres surrounded by 400 miles of shoreline, is known for wonderful bass fishing, clear blue water, and the beautiful setting in the Tennessee hillsides.

UPDATED TRAVEL AND SPENDING POLICY

The Touchstone Travel and Spending Policy was updated on June 15 in Gusto. Each employee received an email (like the one shown to the left) with a link to acknowledge the policy. If you have not done so already, check your email and complete by July 7.
AFLAC OPEN ENROLLMENT
This week is open enrollment time with our AFLAC provider. Any employee that has been with the company 60 days or more is eligible to take part in this employee paid benefit.

Aflac offers accident, disability, life, dental, and vision plans.

Employees currently participating in a plan, you can make changes during this open enrollment time.  No action is needed if you want to continue with your current coverage.
  
Mr. Lewis Giles, our designated AFLAC representative, is available this week for phone calls and Wednesday (June 28) for video calls to discuss the AFLAC benefits.

COVID POLICY UPDATE

As of July 1, Touchstone Property Management will no longer be offering COVID PTO or enforcing a COVID policy. Employees are expected to follow their physician's orders and use sick time or PTO if needed.
TIME OFF REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN GUSTO
All employees who have been added to a time off policy will now have the ability to request time off within the Gusto Wallet app.

Timesheets - Check for accuracy!

Pay periods end on the 9th and 24th of each month. Please review Homebase immediately after the pay period ends, and report any corrections to your supervisor within 1 business day. ONLY YOUR SUPERVISOR CAN SUBMIT TIMECARD CORRECTIONS/CHANGES

Accurate clock ins/outs and breaks are a must for accurate payroll. Your prompt attention to timesheets is required.
Touchstone Property Management offers its employees 401(K) plan through Guideline. Watch your email for communication from Guideline.
