Now through the end of June, Keep America Beautiful urges all to participate in the Great American Clean Up.

Spring is the perfect time to clean up and clean out around your home and property.

REMINDER: Dumpsters on property are for household garbage only. Items such as furniture, appliances, and other large items are not allowed.

Together, we can work to create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments where we live, work, and play.

REMINDERS
  • Speed limit is 10mph. Please be aware and watch your speed.
  • Quiet time is 10PM-7AM
  • Late fees: 10% will be added to your account on 6th, $2 daily late fee will be added beginning on 7th. Late fees will continue to add until account is paid in full.
  • No parking in grass areas.
  • Dumpsters on property are for tenant household garbage only. Furniture, appliances, etc. are not allowed. Check below for community convenience center locations, hours, and listings of what they accept for proper disposal.
