Past Happenings and Thank you!
A huge thank-you to Michelle Spadafora and Amesbury Community Theatre for partnering with us during their production of The Little Mermaid! We are so grateful for the generosity of your audience and the opportunity to tell others about us, and what we do. Congrats on 4 outstanding performances! We appreciate that you support local non-profits.
Our first Evening of Friendship
On October 19th, Dolan Financial opened its doors after hours for the first TWP Evening of Friendship. Board members were joined by survivors, friends, and those wanting to know more about TWP. Thanks to Charlene Dolan and Danielle Holmes, the evening started with superb food catered by Restaurant Molise in Amesbury. We were then fortunate enough to have Karen Jacobs, FNP-BC, a certified Breast Health Navigator affiliated with Beverly Hospital come and speak about some of the issues that women diagnosed with cancer face. Karen’s humorous, yet comforting style, lent itself to lots of questions and conversation. We hope to continue this tradition in years to come.

Pound & Pour Event was a success!
Thank you to Lin O’Neil-Clark and Melissa Abruzzi for organizing this energetic event that combined cardio with the infectious fun of playing the drums. We appreciate everyone who stepped out of their comfort zones and attended!
Thank you to Phat Cats Bistro and the attendees of our annual Fall Fundraiser. We, once again, sold out, and were treated to cheers, raffles, and of course, the scrumptious food that Christina and Paul prepared.
On December 14 th while shoppers received a 10% discount at Vineyard Vines in Lynnfield, TWP received 10% of the total sales. Thank you Vineyard Vines--Lynnfield and to those who shopped!
Mo's Merry Christmas!
In memory of our most giving princess, Maurine Turcotte, TWP continued its annual tradition of helping a family affected by cancer. Thanks to our Army, we were able to provide a special holiday to a family, including two young girls, who were so deserving of a little joy and magic . We hope you will join us next year in this magical tradition!
Our Army is Growing!
Over the past year, Tough Warrior Princesses have given out over $35,000 in baskets, support, and services to women affected by cancer. Since we first began delivering survivor baskets in 2014, we have more than doubled our client base. That is a lot of women that need your support. We are always in need of items for our survivor baskets including gift cards for gas, groceries, CVS, massages, blankets, scarves, candles, socks, hand sanitizer, tissues, lotions, coloring books, journals, colored pencils, or just anything that you think might brighten a survivor’s day. We appreciate your desire to make a difference in someone’s day-to-day life!
