Forward High Point Is Looking For Volunteers!

With an aggressive schedule of events this summer, Forward High Point needs volunteers for the Rock the Point Concerts starting this Saturday, July 17. Hours are 3:30pm – 6:30pm with duties including manning inflatable games and the Forward High Point Tent. In addition, volunteers are needed for the Food Truck Rodeo, Saturday, July 24, 3:30pm – 9:30pm.

Sunset Paddles Are Back!

Friday, July 16th | 7:30pm-10pm

High Point Parks & Recreation's popular Sunset Paddles are back. Oak Hollow Marina will offer this opportunity July 16th, August 13th and September 24th. Sunset paddles at High Point City Lake Park will take place July 23rd, August 20th and September 17th. Both programs are open to ages 16 and older. Register in advance by calling 336-883-3494

High Point Theatre Presents Summer Nights, Southern Gals + Star Voices

Saturday, July 17th | 7:30pm

The perfect pair to welcome in summertime! Together, Teea and Chelsea, will get hands clapping and spirits soaring performing both fan-favorite hits and artist originals. Dancing in your seat is both welcomed and encouraged.

Celebrate National Ice Cream Day With The High Point Museum

Saturday, July 17th | 12pm-2pm

Come celebrate National Ice Cream Day a day early by making your own ice cream in a bag. This free, drop-in event is especially for children under 12. It will be completed outside where no masks are needed!

Saturday, July 24th | 4pm-9pm

The High Point Food Truck Rodeo will be held outside Truist Point at Church and Elm. Enjoy food, live music and kids activities.
