Dr. Sarah Fischbach joined Cal Lutheran University as an Assistant Professor in 2014 after serving as faculty for the Shidler School of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa on Oahu. Fischbach is a marketing researcher whose research has focused on ethics, bribery, social media analytics, data automation and pedagogy. An up and coming professor, she has presented pedagogical techniques at national conferences including Society of Marketing Advances, Marketing Educators Association Conference, and National Conference for Sales Professionals. She has also co-authored several articles on pedagogical techniques in the classroom. Her recent work on the ethics of native advertising and sponsored content has been widely accepted in the academic community. Dr. Fischbach received her Ph.D. from New Mexico State University, Las Cruces.

Ranjan Goswami is Delta Air Lines' Vice President, Los Angeles & Sales - West. Goswami oversees commercial strategy and customer experience for Delta's largest West Region hub at LAX, including the airline's growth to nearly 180 daily flights to 70 destinations; its community, civic and public engagement; and its $1.9 billion plan for the Delta Sky Way at LAX. Goswami holds an MA and BA from Yale University. He serves on the boards of Children's Hospital Los Angeles and GLAAD and previously served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, Junior Achievement of Southern California and the LA Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Paul Krekorian has spent more than a decade in public service. Since 2010, he has served on the Los Angeles City Council. He also serves on the boards of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), Metrolink and the San Fernando Valley Council of Governments, a coalition of leaders advocating for the Valley's two million residents. In 2006, Paul won election to the California State Assembly, representing the 43rd District. Paul graduated from Reseda's Cleveland High School before earning his B.A. in political science from the University of Southern California and a law degree from UC Berkeley. Upon graduating, he spent two decades practicing business, entertainment, and property litigation.
