From cleaning to kennel padding, animal shelters use a LOT of towels. We are excited to invite you to participate in a new towel donation program created by Hilton.
Knowing shelters across regions are facing unprecedented capacity and resource challenges, Hilton wants to extend a hand (or paw!) to donate retired towels and other terry products to shelters around the country to help animals in need. With more than 5,500 hotels across North America and 22 brands, Hilton is working to bring towels and other terry products to your shelters.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Sign up: Please complete this form if you would like to be paired with a hotel partner. If you already partner with a hotel to receive terry donations and don’t want a new or additional partner, please do not complete the form.

Get Paired: Once we receive all hotel and shelter interest, each hotel will be matched with a local shelter partner based on proximity and availability. Pairings are available on a first come, first served basis, and based on proximity to a local Hilton branded hotel. Shelters are not guaranteed a hotel match. If you are not paired with a hotel, we will keep your shelter on the list for future potential matching should a hotel partner become available. If we are able to identify a match, shelters will receive their hotel partner’s information by the end of November.

Coordinate with the Hotel: Contact information for the paired shelter and hotel will be shared. The hotel partner will be asked to contact the main shelter contact (provided by you on sign-up form) to coordinate donated towels and terry items. If you have not heard from your hotel match by December 1, please reach out to the hotel’s point of contact. You can then coordinate directly with the hotel on the donation arrangements.
