Transition to Carlyle Management
Carlyle has a long history of reliable property management, and we’re excited to bring that experience to Woodhawk 1. We aim to make this process as smooth as possible and to build a strong working relationship with each of you.
Carlyle Management Approach
Carlyle’s approach to management is proactive, and we prioritize resident communication. We’re committed to keeping you well-informed, maintaining high standards of property oversight, and promptly addressing any issues. We want to create a safe, beautiful, and functional space for everyone.
Property Manager Onsite
Our property manager, Olga Osipoff, is in the office on Mondays and Thursdays and will meet with residents from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, but you’re always welcome to reach out by email, phone or text with any questions. If you prefer to schedule a specific time, that can easily be arranged. We’re here to support you however we can.
Service Requests/Complaints/Maintenance
However, if you call is about an issue you want to bring our attention, share a complaint or resolve other problem's, please submit a SERVICE REQUEST on your portal or email it to woodhawk1maintenance@gmail.com
Updated Rules and Regulations
Another important update is our revised Vendor and Homeowner Rules and Regulations. We’ve recently refreshed these guidelines to ensure they’re clear, relevant, and useful for everyone. View the document HERE.
Payment Options
ACH - Would you be interested in setting up an automated withdrawal from your bank account? I've attached and ACH form for your convenience. Please fill out the form completely and return. This will make it easier for you to manage your monthly payments.
Online Portal (Preferred Option) - If that is not what you prefer, you can make a payment online for October after you register at https://carlylemgmt.cincwebaxis.com
Payment By Mail - Make checks payable to Woodhawk Club Condominiums and send them to
Carlyle Management Company at PO Box 1026 Wheaton IL 60187
Clubhouse Bookings
We have streamlined the process for booking the clubhouse! Now, you can reserve time slots through Calendly, which makes the whole process simple and efficient. The link to book is https://calendly.com/oosipoff-carlylemanagement/woodhawk-clubhouse, and each booking block is set for 4 hours. If you need more time, feel free to add an additional block by clicking the Calendly link again. After making your booking, please email a signed copy of your rental agreement. Alternatively, you can drop off the agreement along with your deposit and payment checks at the office at 202 Quail Roost Dr. If the property manager is not there, you can leave your sealed envelope in the mail slot on the door.
