Good morning,

As a reminder, we will be hosting a Town Hall meeting tonight from 6:30-8:30pm in the Chapel at 3014 Skillman St., and we encourage all of our members to attend in person or via Zoom. The Zoom link can be found here. In preparation for the meeting tonight, we would like to share the following information and guidelines.

• Questions sent in advance will be addressed by the Elders or others within time allotted on the final agenda.

• Similarly, we have received many advance sign ups to make verbal statements of up to two minutes each. In an effort to accommodate as many statements as possible, representatives of the same family are limited to two minutes. Each participant will speak only when recognized by the facilitator. Each participant will listen respectfully to all other participants and speak respectfully to all other participants.

• This will not be a final opportunity for communication on these important subjects prior to a vote by members, now planned for May 15. The Elders will provide and facilitate more communication between Skillman members in the coming weeks, helping to ensure a healthy dialogue remains open, respectful and productive.

Terms for Skillman to join with The Hills. We ask that each Skillman member review the following list of "Assurances" from The Hills Church of Christ to Skillman Church of Christ regarding the potential union of these congregations. These Assurances will be presented in detail at the Town Hall meeting tonight, and can be found by clicking here.

We look forward to seeing everyone for this Skillman family meeting tonight, beginning promptly at 6:30pm. Doors will open at 6:00pm with check-in at the door.
