Town Launches 'MyTown' Online Account Portal

In response to Canada Post interruptions, the Town has been working to provide residents with alternate ways to access their Utility Bill. We are now pleased to announce the launch of MyTown, a secure online portal where property owners can view their invoices.

To allow residents ample time to pay their Utility Bills, the Town has extended the deadline to November 28, 2025. Residents and businesses are responsible to ensure payments are made on time to receive their discount.

Over time, MyTown could also display property tax notices and other business invoices, making it easier for residents to manage multiple services in one place. Signing up now sets residents up for the convenience of future online services.

Key Points

  • Utility Bills are due November 28, 2025.
  • All payment deadlines remain in effect.
