Morris Canal Panels
You may have noticed some new additions along the Boonton Heritage Trail in Grace Lord Park. New interpretive panels have been installed to tell the story of the Morris Canal and the Boonton Iron Works. The Town extends a huge thank you to the Canal Society of New Jersey for donating the panels and to Boonton's DPW for installing them in the middle of a heat wave. The panels were designed by Joe Macasek, photos were taken by Elliott Ruga.
