Learn how to save a life in a free Narcan training hosted by the Town of Upper Marlboro Police Department on Thursday, Dec. 14, from 6 - 7 p.m. Participants will learn the signs of an overdose and how to administer the Narcan spray properly. Each person who completes the class will receive a free Narcan kit.
