GRASS CLIPPINGS

With spring comes yard work. Grass clippings (in clear bags or brown paper bags) will be picked up in the back alley starting in May.

2023 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

This notice is to inform Town of Wainwright ratepayers that re-inspection of properties for assessment purposes will commence the week of May 1st, 2023. Properties east of 14th Street, north of 8th Avenue and south of 14th Avenue will be re-inspected. In addition, any other properties requiring review throughout the Town of Wainwright will also be re-inspected.


Inspections will be done by Wainwright Assessment Group Ltd. and will be completed around the end of December 2023. Assessors will be on site and show I.D. when occupants are present and leave notes in doors and proceed with an exterior inspection when no one is at the property.

TAX NOTICES

Tax notices have been mailed out. Please note that Town of Wainwright taxes are due in full by June 30, 2023. Taxes can be paid:

  • at banks
  • online
  • regular mail
  • mail slot in front door at Town Office
  • by credit card on our website at wainwright.ca
  • Town Office
