Time to start collecting for the Wainwright Food Bank - this wonderful family project helps out our local food bank immensely. Thank you to everyone who participates in this worthwhile cause.

As the snow removal season approaches, please be aware that curb ramps need to be removed in order to facilitate more effective street cleaning! Thank you.

2023 PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

This notice is to inform Town of Wainwright ratepayers that re-inspection of properties for assessment purposes will commence the week of May 1st, 2023. Properties east of 14th Street, north of 8th Avenue and south of 14th Avenue will be re-inspected. In addition, any other properties requiring review throughout the Town of Wainwright will also be re-inspected.


Inspections will be done by Wainwright Assessment Group Ltd. and will be completed around the end of December 2023. Assessors will be on site and show I.D. when occupants are present and leave notes in doors and proceed with an exterior inspection when no one is at the property.

Thank you to all of our residents who have helped make our Blue Bag Recycling Program such a success! It makes a noticeable difference to our landfill and it is good to know that everything we recycle goes on to find another use.
