Kuser Road Closure Notice


Kuser Road will be closed between Yardville Hamilton Square Road and Klockner Road starting on Monday, October 12, 2026. Work hours will be from 8 PM to 5 AM and will last approximately 1 day. Detours will be posted for motorists.

All Hamilton Township Municipal Government Offices will be CLOSED on Monday in Observance of Columbus and Indigenous Peoples' Day


Please note that on Monday, October 12th, all Hamilton Township Municipal Government Offices will be closed in observance of Columbus and Indigenous Peoples' Day. Garbage will still be collected.

250th Fun Fact: Hamilton is Home to Burial Sites of Countless Revolutionary Soldiers


Did you know that within the borders of Hamilton Township countless Revolutionary soldiers are buried?


Within a cemetery in the heart of Hamilton Square is the final resting place of Rev. Gershom Loveless, a Private in the New Jersey Continental Line, who according to family tradition participated in the Boston Tea Party in 1773.

The Countdown is on! We are just 10 Days Away from Our Annual Oktoberfest Event!


Looking for a fall activity to attend this season? Mark your calendars for our annual Oktoberfest! This year's event will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Veterans Park South (2206 Kuser Road), from 11 AM to 5 PM, with a rain date of Sunday, October 25, 2026.


The 2026 event will feature live music from Big Hix, an abundance of food trucks and vendors, craft beer gardens, and family-friendly activities! Character meet-and-greet sessions will feature Spider-Man and Snow White from 12 PM to 3 PM. From 1 PM to 4 PM, you can meet Cinderella, Batman, and Belle. This event will also offer a variety of family activities and a children's entertainment area with a petting zoo, a corn maze, and a pumpkin patch.

NAMI is Hosting Family-to-Family Educational Sessions on Thursdays until November 19th


NAMI's Family to Family program is a free 8-session program for relatives and friends of adults living with mental illness. It provides current information on severe mental health conditions and effective treatment options, teaches coping strategies, and encourages advocacy while prioritizing personal well-being. The program is led by instructors with personal experience and is recognized as evidence-based by SAMHSA. Click the button below to register for a session!

The Historical Society of Hamilton reminds you that the John Abbott House (2200 Kuser Road) is open for free tours from 1 PM to 4:30 PM, with the last tour beginning at 3:45 PM.


Monday, October 12th

Today we observe Columbus and Indigenous Peoples' Day. All Hamilton Township Municipal government offices are closed. Garbage will still be collected.


Tuesday, October 13th

The Hamilton Township Division of Health (2100 Greenwood Ave) provides a confidential, free STI clinic open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Residents of Hamilton Township, East Windsor, Ewing, Hightstown, Hopewell Township, Lawrence, Princeton, Robbinsville, and West Windsor are eligible for services. Walk-ins are accepted. The Zoning Board meeting scheduled for tonight has been CANCELLED.


Wednesday, October 14th

The Board of Public Officers is scheduled to meet in the Council Conference Room in the Municipal Building (2090 Greenwood Avenue) beginning at 2:30 PM.


The Hamilton Township Division of Health will be hosting a free Flu Vaccine Clinic for ages 3 and up at the Hamilton Area YMCA (1315 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd) from 4 PM to 6:30 PM. Click HERE for more information on what to bring.


The Environmental Advisory Commission is scheduled to meet in the Call Center Training Room (located at 5 Justice Samuel Alito Jr. Way) beginning at 6:30 PM.


Saturday, October 17th
