Carlisle Technology COVID-19 Update:
Carlisle Technology is proud to be able to support food processors across Canada and the United States. This is a very difficult time on multiple fronts, but we are thankful for the sacrifice processors are making to keep food on all our tables.
Our approach to this situations has centered around 3 key goals:
- Keeping our employees healthy
- Do our part to stop the spread of the Coronavirus
- Keep Carlisle operating in order to support our customers
The health and safety of our employees is always Carlisle Technology's first priority. In an effort to keep everyone safe we have moved to a "work from home" model for all employees who are able to do so. Some employees' responsibilities require them to be at the facility. Any employees who aren't able to work from home are separated by more than six feet at all times. Carlisle Technology has also increased all cleaning measures in the facility.
Demands on the food industry have drastically increased during the Coronavirus pandemic. This increased demand has made it important that Carlisle Technology continue to support our customers. Our 24/7 Software Support Team is still operating at full capacity. Customer's should not experience any longer than normal support wait times when trying to access support.
All Carlisle Technology's manufacturing and in-house hardware repairs and support services are operating as normal. However, Carlisle Technology has restricted all business travel and onsite services with the exception of emergency support.
