The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is prohibited from making any expenditure of over $150,000 to repair or upgrade its salmonid fish hatcheries until the report is received and its recommendations acted upon.

It authorizes the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to issue a complimentary group fishing license to a person or entity that allows a group of persons with disabilities to fish in a location for a period of time as specified on the license.
