  • YOUR ONLINE PROFILE: Attendees will navigate the show and your company will be represented using our app. Check your listing here.



  • BOOTH NUMBER: View the floorplan here and see what booth your company purchased.


  • BRING YOUR OWN BADGE: Exhibitors must wear the provided blue wristband at all times. We invite you to bring your own branded name badge as BAAA will not be providing any for exhibitors. If you bring more than your allotted booth personnel, you will incur a $75 fee to purchase additional wristbands.

WONDERING HOW THEY WILL FIND YOU?

Our attendees have all been sent a link to our trade show app, and they will also have signs to scan to easily access the floorplan, sponsor list, and exhibitor profiles when on-site at the show.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

4:00 - 8:00pm: Show Hours


8:00am - 2:30pm: Exhibitor move-in (Expo Hall).


12:30pm: Large Cargo door closes. Move big items in early!



2:30pm: All booths must be set up. Absent exhibitors unable to show.


2:45pm: Mandatory Exhibitor meeting at the Cosmic Cantina (center bar).


3:00pm: All vehicles must be moved from behind Expo Hall to the Vendor Lot or will be towed at owner's expense.


8:05 - 11:59pm: Exhibitor move-out. Items must be removed by midnight.

FREE LEAD RETRIEVAL

As a special thank you to all of our exhibitors for supporting BAAA, we are offering complimentary lead retrieval! As attendees come to your booth, all you have to do is scan their badge using your own mobile device. Their info will be captured in the app and you can make notes as needed and download your list post-show.


You have two choices of apps to download for this service.


We strongly suggest you have each person working your booth follow the steps and setup lead retrieval BEFORE the show.

HOW TO GET TO THE FLORIDA STATE FAIRGROUNDS

Here's a convenient Google Map link to The Florida State Fairgrounds SERVICE ENTRANCE for EXHIBITORS ONLY!


Exhibitors must enter through the Orient Road entrance only. Follow through the Security Gate and let the officers know you're here to set up for the BAAA Trade Show. Follow signs and use the Parking Map below to find us.


After 3:00 pm, the Orient Rd entrance will close and all vehicles must enter through the Hwy 301 Entrance.


Please note: All spacecrafts (vehicles) must be moved from the rear of Expo Hall to the vendor parking lot by 3:00pm. Cars will be towed at owners expense beginning at 3:00pm.

  • Remember to bring your CREDIT CARD for the APAC fundraiser and any concession purchases! The bar will open at 1pm and is card only, no cash. There will be a "beverage fast lane" at the concession stand to purchase drinks only in addition to the large center bar and 4 standalone bars on the perimeter. 


  • Donate $5 to APAC and upgrade your photobooth photos with fun spaced-themed filters!


  • No one under the age of 18 may participate in the show as an attendee or exhibitor. Non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from the Fairgrounds property.


  • Remember, outdoor food and beverage are not permitted. Outside alcohol will result in your immediate removal of the show.


  • SCAMS - We will never try to sell you a list of attendees to our show. These scammers are seeking your credit card information to sell you a list that does not exist. Please do not engage with anyone who does not have an email address ending in @baaahq.org, @map-dynamics.com, @gulfcoastexpo.com, or @floridastatefair.com.


  • If you need assistance with your booth setup onsite, look for workers in purple polos. They work with Gulf Coast Expo and are solely responsible for the booth, tables, and carpet. BAAA staff or Fairgrounds staff will not be able to assist.
