1031 CORP. is excited to announce that Marissa LoCascio is stepping into the new role of Chief Compliance Officer. As CCO, Marissa is tasked with ensuring the Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations by monitoring, creating, and implementing training on exchange and banking policies, regulations, and support systems and technology. Her focus is compliance, team training, and Company infrastructure.

Marissa LoCascio, CES^® Re-Elected to FEA Board

1031 CORP., a nationwide qualified intermediary, is proud to announce Marissa LoCascio, CES^®, Chief Compliance Officer, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), the national trade association for 1031 exchange practitioners and their professional advisors. The results of the election were announced at the recent Annual Membership Meeting during the FEA Annual Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

Marissa will serve her second and final three-year term beginning October 1, 2022. As a member of the Board of Directors, Marissa will be responsible, along with the other board members, for setting the direction and policies for the FEA and its membership. Marissa will continue in her roles as chair of the Ethics Committee and a member of the Nominations – Leadership Committee.
