Wow...thank you for the amazing response to our new level of discount as we work towards closing our shop. Our very last day is only 2 weeks from today!
Our final day for accepting all orders will be Sunday, June 28th so that we can ship everything by our final day of June 30th. Our web site, telephone lines, credit card processing etc. will all be closed down at the end of the day June 30th.
We have little gifts for all in-store purchases...please ask for yours when you are checking out. The gift items that we have may change the postage charge for mail orders so aren't able to include them for orders being mailed.
Please note our new hours: we are open for in-store shopping ALL Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays up to and including Saturday June 27th. If those days don't work for you, please email or call and we can see about an appointment.

Shop Models! We still have about 15 shop models that need to find new homes. Please visit our shop to have a look. All of our models are framed with glass so we aren't shipping them...in-store pick up only.
"Garage Sale" - in-store only - we've displayed some gently used items (floor and table stands, scroll rods etc.) in an area of our shop at very inexpensive prices. If you are coming to visit our shop, be sure to check them out.
Have you checked out our Master Product List instead of having to go in and out of each category on our web site? You can just click through all of our products page by page to see them all. The listings are in no particular order...enjoy browsing them At the time of writing, we've got about 1500 product listings on our web site so there is still tons of selection.

checking each category. As of the time of writing, there are fewer than 100 cuts of fabric available in our shop!

As I'm making notes for each newsletter, I think of a few things you might want to know about. Here is this weeks list:
- Shop Fixtures - many are now available. If you haven't already emailed me to be put on our notification list and you are interested in some of our fixtures (DMC boxes, chart racks, book shelves, acrylic displays, mobile slat wall displays, slat wall on the walls, etc.) please do so and we can set a time for you to visit. Cross Stitch Buddy Ultimate Tool - we've got good stock of these for now. Includes a built-in corner gauge, stitched and finishing size formulas, 17” ruler, a winder to cut your thread to 18”, 24” or 36” lengths, a strand and needle guide for different fabric counts, a fabric count gauge, and a hole to hang the tool on your wall. If you are looking for gifts for stitching friends, retreats, etc. these are a great idea.

Sale & Clearance Items
Pre-Cut Fabric - the fabrics in this section have little flaws or dye issues as noted in the list. The prices that are listed are 15% off and then we would apply a further 60% off when we manually process your order.
Time frames for your sale order:
- complete orders - we are currently working at about a week to ship complete orders.
- orders missing an item or two - depending on our staff levels, you will hear from us within a few days.

Traditional Stitches Inventory Clearance Sale Details
We are taking orders through our web site, by email and in our shop during our regular open hours.
You do NOT need a coupon code for this sale. ALL orders that we receive will automatically have the discount applied when we manually process your order. Postage and any applicable tariffs will not be discounted.
We are working hard to manage our inventory and to remove items from our web site as soon as we realize that they are sold out. This is not a perfect process so please be aware of that since we accept orders in several ways: customers shopping in our store, web site orders, email orders and telephone orders.
I would say that our web site inventory is about 90% accurate with the exception of the threads that we haven't been able to count out in drop-down lists as yet.
If you poke around our web site, you will see that we are working on counting down our inventory on hand. You will see notes like "~ 1 only" on many items or if you click into a particular linen, you will see that we have limited the cut sizes that we are offering.
Please note that if you put something in your cart or on your Wish List, it doesn't hold that item for you. We aren't notified to pull an item and remove it from our web site until your order is completed and you have received an order confirmation email.
We are currently open for everyone to visit during our NEW hours as follows:
Thursday and Friday 10am to 5pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm
We are closed for the lunch hour every day (noon to 1pm).
We are currently closed all Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
