80% off ~ 4 Days Only!
Yes, you read that right!
From the time that this newsletter is published (about 4:30 pm on Wednesday June 24th), all new orders will be 80% off! The sale starts for in-store purchases when we open at 10am tomorrow morning during our regular hours until we close at 3 pm on Saturday June 27th.
Please note:
New orders only. All orders & emails come through with a date and time stamp so we are able to easily keep an eye on them.
All in stock inventory in the shop is 80% off. The discount will not appear in your shopping cart on our web site. We will apply it when we manually process your order.
This sale last for just 4 days! It ends at 5pm MDT Sunday June 28th. I'll be inactivating the shopping cart of the web site at that time so no further orders will be accepted.
If you placed an order before I send this newsletter, we will have it ready to ship by Saturday. We aren't able to combine shipments for orders at different discount levels. You are welcome to place more than one order at the 80% off discount and we will do our best to combine them for you.

If you have a needlework shop or know of a shop, there couldn't be a better time for them to reach out to buy our stock of say, Kreinik threads or Anchor floss or DMC Pearl Cotton or Rainbow Gallery threads. 80% off is far below the cost of ordering directly from a manufacturer or distributor.
The last 3 days for shopping in our store are this weekend! Please join us Thursday, Friday or Saturday for an in person visit and stash enhancement.
Depending on how the next few days go, our current plan is to ship everything by the end of our final day of June 30th. If we don't have everything out the door by then, we will continue to complete orders in the following days until they have all been shipped.

Shop Models! We still have about 15 shop models that need to find new homes. Please visit our shop to have a look. All of our models are framed with glass so we aren't shipping them...in-store pick up only.
"Garage Sale" - in-store only - we've displayed some gently used items (floor and table stands, scroll rods etc.) in an area of our shop at very inexpensive prices. If you are coming to visit our shop, be sure to check them out.
Traditional Stitches Exclusives - be sure to order your mementos of Traditional Stitches' 26 years in business. We've had some pretty special samplers and accessories made for us over the years...what a great memory!

- Zweigart Canvas - we have a very limited amount available. Please keep in mind that we send our canvas rolled. If you choose a piece with a long measurement, it will go as an over-length parcel and postage is pretty expensive to ship that way these days (probably prohibitive if you are ordering just one or two pieces). Did you know that with our sale, our DMC floss is now just $0.32 (Canadian) per skein? Our web site has been updated this morning to show in-stock colors but it will change very quickly so please make sure you order lots...between in-store shoppers and on-line orders, I won't be able to keep our list accurate for very long.
All of the colors on this list are in stock at the time of writing. In most cases, we have 5 or 6 skeins of each color on hand so I only counted down quantities on the ones that were 1 or 2 skeins only. Please order as many as you would like and we will fill your order as best we can:

Shop Fixtures - many are now available for you to request but I expect the next few days in the shop to be crazy so please don't plan to pick them up this weekend. If you haven't already emailed me to be put on our notification list and you are interested in some of our fixtures (chart racks, book shelves, acrylic displays, mobile slat wall displays, slat wall on the walls, etc.) please do so and we can set a time for you to visit. - did you know that the all-ready-marked-down items on our Sale Table and in our Pre-cut fabrics sections are an additional 80% off? If, for example, the original price for a chart was $20, it is marked to at least 25% off which is $15 and then a further 80% off so only $3.00! Here are the links to view them:

Pre-Cut Fabric - the fabrics in this section have little flaws or dye issues as noted in the list. The prices that are listed are 15% off and then we would apply a further 80% off when we manually process your order. There are just 3 or 4 cuts left in this section.
Time frames for your sale order:

Traditional Stitches Inventory Clearance Sale Details
We are taking orders through our web site, by email and in our shop during our regular open hours.
You do NOT need a coupon code for this sale. ALL orders that we receive will automatically have the discount applied when we manually process your order. Postage and any applicable tariffs will not be discounted.
We are working hard to manage our inventory and to remove items from our web site as soon as we realize that they are sold out. This is not a perfect process so please be aware of that since we accept orders in several ways: customers shopping in our store, web site orders, email orders and telephone orders.
I would say that our web site inventory is about 90% accurate with the exception of the threads that we haven't been able to count out in drop-down lists as yet.
If you poke around our web site, you will see that we are working on counting down our inventory on hand. You will see notes like "~ 1 only" on many items or if you click into a particular linen, you will see that we have limited the cut sizes that we are offering.
Please note that if you put something in your cart or on your Wish List, it doesn't hold that item for you. We aren't notified to pull an item and remove it from our web site until your order is completed and you have received an order confirmation email.
We are currently open for everyone to visit during our NEW hours as follows:
Thursday and Friday 10am to 5pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm
We are closed for the lunch hour every day (noon to 1pm).
We are currently closed all Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
