COMMUNITY UPDATES
Vizcaya Sidewalk Repairs
As you may have observed, our much-anticipated sidewalk repair project, focusing on addressing trip hazard areas, has officially commenced.

The contracted vendor, Innovative Surfaces Of Texas, has initiated the phase of breaking down the concrete. During this period, we kindly ask all residents to exercise extra caution while navigating the sidewalks. Your safety is our top priority, and your cautionary measures are greatly appreciated.

The entire project is anticipated to conclude within two weeks, weather permitting. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation throughout this essential improvement process.
Overnight Street Parking
As a friendly reminder, according to the Traditions Association governing documents, overnight parking of any vehicle on roadways within the Development Area is not permitted, except for construction, service, and delivery vehicles, which are exempt for the necessary duration to provide service or make a delivery to a residence.

In an effort to maintain a harmonious living environment and adhere to community rules, we kindly request all residents to park their vehicles in their garage or driveway overnight. This not only ensures compliance with regulations but also serves as a considerate gesture towards your fellow residents.
Q1 2024 RESIDENT SURVEY
Traditions at Vizcaya residents are invited to participate in our Q1 2024 Resident Survey. Your valuable feedback is important in enhancing your living experience, and we appreciate your active participation in shaping the community.
