Traditions Board of Directors Open Meeting

December Financial Reports
The December 2023 financial reports for Traditions and Maintenance Associations have been officially finalized and are now available for your review. You can access them on the Traditions website under the "Financials & Meeting Minutes" section.

Holiday Lights and Decorations
In accordance with the regulations outlined in the Traditions Association governing documents, we kindly remind you to take down all outdoor holiday lights and decorations by January 30, 2024, to ensure compliance and avoid any potential violations.

For your convenience, we recommend reviewing the Fine Policy outlined in the Traditions at Vizcaya Community Association documents to familiarize yourself with the consequences associated with non-compliance.
Q1 2024 RESIDENT SURVEY
Traditions at Vizcaya residents are invited to participate in our Q1 2024 Resident Survey. Your valuable feedback is important in enhancing your living experience, and we appreciate your active participation in shaping the community.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
Per the Vizcaya Governing Documents, any changes to your home's exterior or your front/back yard need review and approval. Please see below an essential information to ensure a smooth process for your modification requests.

Submission Procedure:
Kindly submit your modification form to initiate the review process efficiently. Once submitted, please remember to drop off the corresponding deposit check at the HOA office at 5000 Pietra Ln. This ensures the timely review of your ARC modification request. The review and approval process typically takes 14 to 30 days.

Please refrain from scheduling a contractor until your application gets the formal approval. Any modifications or alterations made without obtaining formal approval are considered a violation of our guidelines. Such violations may be subject to fines as outlined in our community regulations.

Payment Information:
All application fees must be paid by check, made payable to Traditions at Vizcaya. Rest assured, you will receive the deposit check back promptly upon completion and inspection of your project by the Reviewer.
