2024 Budgets and Assessments Approved
We are pleased to inform you that during the Board of Directors Meeting on October 17, the Board of Directors officially approved and adopted the 2024 Budget for Traditions at Vizcaya and Vizcaya Maintenance Associations. This careful planning process involved a thorough consideration of all operating and reserve expenses to ensure the financial health and sustainability of our community.
 
Effective January 1, 2024, your assessments will remain unchanged at $325 per quarter:
  • Traditions Assessment: $105 per quarter or $35 per month
  • Maintenance Association: $225 per quarter or $75 per month

In 2024, Traditions at Vizcaya Association will contribute $52,392 towards the Traditions Association reserve fund, while Vizcaya Maintenance Association will contribute $200,856 towards the Maintenance Association reserve fund.

September Financial Reports
The September 2023 financial reports for Traditions and Maintenance Associations have been officially finalized and are now available for your review. You can access them on the Traditions website under the "Financials & Meeting Minutes" section.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
This week we added fifteen (15) new violations for landscaping/weeding, decorations, and items that are stored in the driveways. Six (6) violations were escalated to Stage 2 and Stage 3, and three (3) violations were closed. 

Our goal is to foster a thriving and appealing community for all residents, and your cooperation in adhering to community guidelines plays a significant role in achieving this objective. Below are a few reminders on how you can help us achieve our goal:

  • Keep properties tidy and houses in good shape. Take care of your home.
  • Drive slowly and safely. Watch for pedestrians and pets.
  • Leash pets and properly dispose of waste. No one likes a surprise on their lawn.
  • Avoid loud noises, especially late at night. Be considerate of neighbors.
  • Follow the rules for parking, trash bins, and architectural modifications. Parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or inoperable vehicles in places other than an enclosed garage is prohibited.
