Traditions Pavilion Reservation
You can now easily reserve the Traditions Pavilion via the HOA website using our new "Reservation Request" feature found under "Services". This convenient tool allows you to check Pavilion availability on specific dates and seamlessly submit your reservation request online. You will be notified via email when you request is approved.

To initiate your reservation, simply visit the website, check for Pavilion availability, and submit your request. Please be aware that a $100.00 deposit check is required to have the reservation approved and can be dropped off at the HOA Office located at 5000 Pietra Ln.

Upon the successful conclusion of your event, the deposit check will be returned to you provided that the Pavilion is left in the same condition as it was provided to you.
This new feature streamlines the reservation process, making it easier and more accessible for our community members to plan their events at the Traditions Pavilion.

We're thrilled to offer this convenient service and look forward to assisting you with your reservations.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
Just a friendly reminder about a few things that help keep our community a great place to live:

Lawn Maintenance: Please be sure to maintain the quickly growing weeds in your yards so that the landscaping throughout the community remains one of the most beautiful parts of the neighborhood.

Trash/Recycle Cans: The City of Round Rock allows trash to be put out on the curb for pickup starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday through 7 p.m. Thursday. At all other times trash and bins should be kept out of public view. Please store them in your garage, backyard, or inside the home.

Garages: Garage doors shall remain closed at all times, except for the temporary opening for entering/exiting the garage, loading or removal of other items kept therein, or when a person is in the garage or engaged in yard work.

Parking: To keep our streets safe and neighborhood looking it's best, please park all vehicles in your garage or on your driveway overnight.

If you have any questions, please contact our Community Standards Coordinator, Valerie Cisneros, at vadkins@ccmcnet.com.
