Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

City of Round Rock - Electronic Billboard Soliciting Information
The City of Round Rock has received reports that residents were approached during the November election cycle with a petition for a charter amendment associated with the “Keep Round Rock Safe” Political Action Committee (PAC). 

Residents have further reported that, in the following weeks, they have received mailed petitions and have been approached at their homes by canvassers. The caption on the petition says the group seeks to amend Article 14 of the City’s Home Rule Charter to allow “a maximum of twelve (12) new privately-owned, operated, and funded freestanding off-premise double-faced electronic signs” along IH-35 and SH-45 in the City of Round Rock and its extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ).

The petition and communication being disseminated relating to electronic billboards has a strong focus on public safety. The City of Round Rock has received numerous questions from residents regarding the issue and has compiled the list of questions and answers to provide clarification on this matter.

As you embark on home improvement endeavors, we want to provide some essential information to ensure a smooth process for your Architectural Review Committee (ARC) modification requests.

Submission Procedure:
Kindly submit your modification form to initiate the review process efficiently. Once submitted, please remember to drop off the corresponding deposit check at the HOA office at 5000 Pietra Ln. This ensures the timely review of your ARC modification request.

Payment Information:
All application fees must be paid by check, made payable to Traditions at Vizcaya. Rest assured, you will receive the deposit check back promptly upon completion and inspection of your project by the Reviewer.
