Cricket Field
In spring 2021, the Maintenance Board approved a request from the residents to use the open land near the Vizcaya entrance to play cricket from mid-July to Thanksgiving every year. Last week a group of residents put turf on the cricket field, at their own expense, to hide the dirt. Please note no Traditions or Maintenance association funds have been spent on this. The turf is being put in temporarily and will be removed after Thanksgiving for the Wildflower season.

Community Pool Repairs and Reminders
With pool season in full swing, we wanted to send reminders about some of the pool rules and update you about some repairs to the pool systems and furniture.
- Cleaning Schedule: Currently, the pool is being cleaned every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and Lifeguard 360, the current vendor, provides management with photos of the pool and chemical readings.
- Pool Valve Repair: A leak detection company came to the property to investigate an ongoing issue with two of the pool skimmers and identified that the pool valve needs to be replaced. We are currently waiting to receive proposals for the repairs.
- Broken Chaises: The three slings for the broken chaises were replaced on Thursday, July 28th. Please be careful when using the furniture to help us avoid unnecessary replacements.
- Pool Rules: As a reminder, no food or drinks are allowed on the pool deck or in the pool. We also ask that you please shower before entering the pool, especially if you have been playing sand volleyball, to help extend the life of our pool equipment. The complete list of pool rules is posted at both gates, so please ensure that you and your guests read and abide by them.

Marking of Trails For Uneven/Broken Concrete
Ray completed a map of any uneven joints or cracks in the concrete along the trails and on the sidewalks on our main community roads. We will start working with concrete companies on obtaining the bids for repairing these areas. Note: Residential streets and sidewalks are the responsibility of the City of Round Rock for any maintenance concerns.
Please watch out for these red-painted areas when you are out and about on the trails or sidewalks.

Fountain Update
The fountain in the pond behind The Lodge remains turned off due to the current low water level.
The fountain in the pond at the main entrance on Vizcaya Parkway and University was pulled out on Wednesday, July 26th, to identify the issue and submit the proposal for the repairs or replacement.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
|
|
This past week's community inspection resulted in the following 13 new violations, 12 escalated violations (10 Stage 2 letters and 2 Stage 3 letters), and one closed violation.
- The violation policy gives those owners who received the violation letters this week seven days to correct their violation.
- If, after seven days, the next inspection shows that a violation has been corrected, the violation is closed out in the owner's file.
- If the violation has not been corrected after the seven-day window, the next stage letter, Stage 1, which is the first warning letter, is sent/emailed to the owner.
- After another seven days, if the violation is still not corrected, a Stage 2 letter is sent/emailed, which comes with a $25.00 fine placed on the owner's HOA account.
- After another seven days, if the correction has not been made, a Stage 3 letter is sent to the homeowners, which comes with a $50.00 fine.
- Finally, is the correction has not been made after another seven days, a Stage 4 letter is sent, which comes with a $100 fine. This $100 weekly fine is continued until the violation is corrected.
If you have any questions, please contact our Community Standards Coordinator, Valerie Cisneros, at vadkins@ccmcnet.com.
