Friendly Reminder: Rake the Volleyball Court After Playing
We just wanted to send out a quick reminder to please remember to rake the court after your game. We received couple concerns that the sand at the court is too thin. We contacted the vendor who installed the court to see if they cover sand replenishment under warranty, and the vendor denied the request because the sand looks thin due to lack of raking. We are also obtaining cost for additional sand.
Raking the court helps maintain its condition and ensures a great experience for everyone. It only takes a few moments, but it goes a long way in keeping the court clean and ready for the next players.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Let's all contribute to keeping our facilities in top shape!

I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you who joined us for the Board Candidate Meet and Greet this week. It was an incredibly productive session filled with meaningful discussions.
But fear not, the conversation doesn't stop here! We want to keep the lines of communication open. You now have the opportunity to submit your questions directly to the candidates using the link provided below. Your questions will be promptly forwarded to our candidates, and their responses will be featured in our upcoming newsletters. Please note that each newsletter will include a maximum of five questions and their respective answers.
We believe that this continued engagement is essential to making informed decisions, and we're excited to see your questions and the candidates' responses in the upcoming newsletters.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
|
|
This week we added fourteen new violations for landscaping/weeding (13) and vehicle parking (1), re-opened one violation for landscaping/weeding, and escalated five violations for landscaping/weeding (4 violations to stage 2 letter, 1 violation to stage 3 letter).
Our goal is to foster a thriving and appealing community for all residents, and your cooperation in adhering to community guidelines plays a significant role in achieving this objective. Below are a few reminders on how you can help us achieve our goal:
- Keep properties tidy and houses in good shape. Take care of your home.
- Drive slowly and safely. Watch for pedestrians and pets.
- Leash pets and properly dispose of waste. No one likes a surprise on their lawn.
- Avoid loud noises, especially late at night. Be considerate of neighbors.
- Follow the rules for parking, trash bins, and architectural modifications. Parking of commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or inoperable vehicles in places other than an enclosed garage is prohibited.
If you have any questions, please contact our Community Standards Coordinator, Valerie Cisneros, at vadkins@ccmcnet.com.
