Notice of Resident Board Member Election Meeting
If you haven't already, please check your email, including your spam folder, for a message from The Inspectors of Election, LLC (TIE). This email contains crucial information, including the official notice of the election meeting, online voting details, and your login credentials. It was sent from the address TraditionsVizcaya@tieivote.com, not our usual newsletter address.

In case you haven't received this email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at oshockey@ccmcnet.com. We're here to assist you and ensure everyone can participate in this important process.

Remember that each assessed property is entitled to one electronic ballot. There are three open positions, allowing property owners to vote for up to three candidates. Please note that cumulative voting is not allowed, and once a ballot is received it cannot be revoked or changed. The three candidates with the highest vote counts will be elected, with their terms varying as follows: The candidate with the most votes will serve a three-year term, the runner-up will have a two-year term, and the third-highest vote earner will serve a one-year term.  Following this election, all other terms will be terms will be two-years. Voting will be open until 10/19/23, 12:00 PM.

August Financial Reports
The August 2023 financial reports for Traditions and Maintenance Associations have been officially finalized and are now available for your review. You can access them on the Traditions website under the "Financials & Meeting Minutes" section.

Members now have the opportunity to submit your questions directly to the board candidates using the link provided below. Your questions will be promptly forwarded to the 2023candidates, and their responses will be sent directly to you or featured in our upcoming newsletters. Please note that each newsletter will include a maximum of five questions and their respective answers.

Vizcaya National Night Out

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, better places to live.

Adopt a Pet from the Local Williamson County Animal Shelter, courtesy of Ashley Mueller and Lea Black

  • Specifically, you'll be able to meet a few furry friends in person and learn about others in search of their forever homes. Consider taking one home!
  • Q&A with actual shelter volunteers. Learn about volunteering at the shelter and sign-up to make a difference. 
  • Drop-off donation items such as blankets, towels, unopened food or treats, toys, beds, collars, leashes, cleaning supplies and anything else that the animals could benefit from. 
  • Monetary donations can be made as well.

Traditions at Vizcaya Annual Meeting

The 2023 Traditions Annual Meeting will take place on Thursday, October 19th, at 7:00 PM. registration starts at 6:30 PM.

The Annual HOA Meeting is a vital event where we come together as a community to discuss important matters related to our association. Your participation and input are crucial to the success of our community. Whether you have concerns, questions, or simply want to meet your fellow neighbors, this meeting is an excellent opportunity to get involved.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS CORNER
This week we added fifty (50) new violations for landscaping/weeding, re-opened three (3) violations for landscaping/weeding, and escalated twenty eight (28) violations: Landscaping (21) to Stage 2, Storing Vehicle (1) to Stage 2, Landscaping (4) to Stage 3, Landscaping (2) to Stage 4.
