Traffic Control on Turing and Surrounding Streets
Dear Turing Street Residents,

After further discussion, ICHA has decided not to install 25 MPH speed limit signs at this time. We believe additional review of signage and other issues with our traffic engineering consultant is prudent.

UCI PD will provide a statement explaining traffic enforcement on residential streets. ICHA anticipates sharing this UCI PD information as soon as we receive it.

The focused traffic analysis with our consultant will begin on December 2 and will provide data to help identify potential traffic calming options (traffic counting tubes will be installed on Coltrane, Turing, Graham, Ride, Angelou, Truth, and Howser). ICHA will share the findings once the analysis is complete.

We appreciate your patience. We are focused on your concerns and committed to improving traffic control.

Sincerely,

Kim Encinas
