Michelle McQueen

Michelle leads innovation marketing and events at Yale Ventures, where she advances the visibility of faculty innovation, entrepreneurship, and partnerships. She is a founding member of Yale’s amplifyHERscience initiative, promoting greater participation and leadership of women in science and entrepreneurship.

Before joining Yale, Michelle co-founded DavEllePR, advising startups, experts, and established companies on strategic communications, media engagement, and high-profile events. She previously managed international media relations for technology companies at the Abelson Group.

Her leadership in entrepreneurship and diversity initiatives has been featured in Yale Daily News and Tech Transfer Central, and her communications expertise has been recognized in Bulldog Reporter, PR Week, and AOL News. She has also guest lectured in marketing at New York University.
