As most of us are disheartened about the cancellation of York this spring TrainWorld has decided to put together a Virtual York! We are a ritual York attendee and refuse that the Corona Virus gets the best of us. That is why we are doing this "Virtual York" experience so we can experience York safely at home. We will now get to see the manufacturers and vendors you are always accustomed to seeing! Don't be surprised if you see some new product announcements, stories of York and even some special appearances. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

We would like to thank you all for the overwhelming support we have received over the past several weeks.  Everyone has been patient and understanding and this is why we have the best customers in the world and why the model train industry has survived throughout time.
Just recently NY state has extended the closure of non-essential businesses to 4/29/2020, so we are hoping that we can resume operations
again at that time.

Our shipping and phone services will be on hold through 4/29/2020 or until we may safely re-open. Please email us with any urgent matters to  [email protected]  and we will do our best to respond.  You may still place orders online, but please know all shipments will be on hold until we can re-open. Our retail storefront locations in Lynbrook and Brooklyn will be closed to the public until further notice.

 We will process any returns or exchanges once we arrive back in the office. In light of our temporary store closure, we have extended our returns policy to be flexible about any returns you might have. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your support and patience as we navigate this challenging time.
