Are you claim-ready -- is every job being managed knowing that this job will have a claim?

A. Yes. All of our jobs are documented to be ready to go on the claim offensive.

B. No, we're woefully behind in being properly organized to go to battle on issues.

C. Depends on the project, the client, and/or unfortunately the project manager.

D. Claims and changes is the only way to make money in this biz!

E. We "donate" so much money to our clients by not chasing claims that half the projects in my region should have our Company name on it: “This Dormitory Brought to you by ABC Construction Co., LLC".
