From Aug. 10–15, the Academy of Wine & Spirits (AWS) will be hosting AWS Hospitality Certification Week at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. These internationally recognized certifications are designed for hospitality professionals looking to expand their knowledge and strengthen their credentials.
The week’s courses include:
- August 10 – Level 1 in Wines
- August 11–12 – Level 2 in Wines
- August 13 – Tequila Ambassador
- August 14 – Rum Ambassador
- August 15 – USVI SMART Serve Alcohol Certification (I mentioned this one to you a while ago)
