TRAINING NETWORK NEWS

When many people think of the Alabama Training Network (ATN), they think of manufacturing, and for good reason. As Alabama's designated Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP), ATN has a long history of supporting manufacturers through workforce training, technical assistance, and business solutions.

What many people don't realize is that ATN's expertise extends far beyond manufacturing.

Today, ATN partners with organizations across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, construction, healthcare, hospitality, retail, transportation, utilities, government, defense, and education. Whether it's helping utility companies strengthen safety and operational performance, supporting healthcare professionals through leadership development, enhancing customer service in hospitality, or preparing the next generation of workers through education partnerships, ATN delivers customized solutions designed to meet each organization's unique needs.

With more than 240 training courses and a team of experienced professionals located throughout the state, ATN helps organizations develop talent, improve performance, strengthen leadership, and build safer, more productive workplaces.

No matter the industry, one thing remains the same: people are an organization's greatest asset. ATN is committed to helping Alabama employers invest in their workforce, adapt to changing demands, and achieve long-term success.
