Please note that effective August 19, 2024, Century Automotive Service Corp will be implementing a New Communication Process in order to provide you with a better service experience and to allow us to properly scale our organization to serve you.


In preparation for this change, the Century Operations and Marketing team will be hosting two training sessions on the New Communication Process which will include:

  • Clear departmental responsibilities
  • Who to contact depending on the topic
  • Explaining the service model support structure and turn-around commitments for service requests from Acrisure Protection Group


The team will also answer any questions you may have and share next steps.


Your participation is only required for one of the meetings. 

Meeting options are listed below.



  • Wednesday, August 14 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. PT
  • Thursday, August 15 from 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. PT


Note, the meeting invitations will be sent via separate emails from Georgia Leval, Process Manager Senior, Business Process Management at Century and MAPFRE USA (gleval@mapfreusa.com).


Please “Accept” the option that works best for you and “Decline” the option you will not be attending.
